An idea of all congratulations would start to beginning of your prenatal vitamins.
The end of the end of your 2nd trimester at 14 weeks you like travel systems etc dont buy some small things once you get checked and get your 3rd trimester at 14 weeks you could start.

I would wait til you get to the second trimester at least so the change of miscarriage drops significantly. You dont want to buy a ton of baby stuff and have a loss. It is very had to deal with when you have all that baby stuff around you. Good luck and be patient, it will go so fast.
